Impermeability is critical in hydraulics. This is why our HN 8-WD screw plugs are used in mobile hydraulics, drive technology and gear manufacturing.

What's special about the HN 8-WD screw plugs is the geometry of the sealing ring chamber which makes sure the shaped sealing ring cannot be lost and that the screw is watertight and reusable.

Furthermore, we take special care with the automated assembly process where we check the quality and correct fitting of the seal ring. We also check that the seal ring chamber and the internal hexagon are free of swarf.
