Precision work of the highest quality

We manufacture over 150 million turning parts per year and over 2,000 versions are currently included in our delivery programme - from a prototype to mass produced parts, from DIN parts to customers designs - everything is there.

Since the end of 2009 we have an additional 1,500 m² storage space for our company standard parts and on-demand customer-specific parts.

We process free-cutting steel, aluminium, brass, carbon steels and Nirosta stainless steel in a diameter of Ø 5 mm to Ø 160 mm. We coat our storage goods with Chromium 6-free coating "A3K/Zn Nano (ISO 4042)". You can obtain other coatings on enquiry. Our materials are supplied pretested by ultrasonic and crack testing methods.

As a development partner of our customers, we have made our experience into products: our Heinrichs standards "HN". We hold various patents and are always looking for new solutions which offer our customers the potential to save with their products.
